The following is an important alert related to the Best Practice Program (BPP) portal:

The BPP Production environment will soon be updated for a planned migration of all BPP users to a dual-authentication model to enhance BPP’s overall login security.

This upgrade will require all BPP users to perform some steps the next time they attempt to log into BPP to complete the required updated registration process in order to continue their access to the platform.

WHEN

Rollout Date:  Monday, February 17th between 5:00-6:00 PM ET

ACTION REQUIRED

  • Please refrain from attempting to access BPP during the rollout period to avoid access/registration issues.

  • After the rollout period, the next time you visit the BPP site, you will need to complete a series of steps for the updated registration process. You will be guided through the steps you need to take. However, the attached file provides a step-by-step guide of the screenshots that will be displayed and the actions you will need to take to complete the process.
