Process Flow 

A process flow is a graphical representation of a process. It represents the entire process from start to finish, showing inputs, pathways, and circuits, action or decision points, and role responsibilities through process completion. Process Flows are broken down into two levels.


Level 1 

A high level overview of the sub-processes involved in a specific taxonomy process (e.g. Data Management). Each sub-process within the Level 1 is identified by its sequence number within the taxonomy process (e.g., Data Management Initial Data Set Up = DM 1.0).


Level 2 

The definition of the high level steps required to accomplish a specific process (e.g., Data Management Initial Data Set Up Create Initial Employee Record Using Applicant Data = DM 1.1).
