Roles and Responsibilities
Within process flow diagrams roles and responsibilities are depicted using horizontal swim lanes.
Role | Responsibility |
DESIGN COE | The Center of Excellence defines the program’s policy and process, and is responsible for the overall quality and effectiveness of the program. |
DELIVERY | Shared Services Processes high volume, repeatable, rules-based tasks that are usually transaction related, and support multiple business units. |
SUPPORT HR | The “face” of HR to the business. Provides the direct business partner HR support to assigned business units for strategic and analytical HR processes and activities. May be supporting employees, line managers or business leaders depending on role and activity. |

Other Department / External Entity | Identifies the activities carried out by any external departments or Third Parties and External organizations |
